The Student of the Year Award is an annual programme that finds and acclaims talented students, who achieve outstanding marks and contribute to the college and their community. This award engages young people to set up examples of their excellence and be proud of their achievements.

RICIS also announces awards top students in various categories like Best Talent Award (Male/Female), Best Sportsman Award, Best Clubs/Committees. The institute also felicitates the Organizing Committee.
